Girls 7’s & Women's 10's rugby is the fun and fast format of the game.

 

While a regular rugby union match lasts at least 80 minutes, 7's & 10's is very much shorter.

 

Girls 7's consists of two halves of seven (7) minutes with a two (2) minute half-time break. Women's 10's consists of two halves of ten (10) minutes with a two (2) minute half-time break.

 

In 2018, the Women’s 7’s competition commenced on the Central Coast. The Razorbacks fielded teams in all of the 3 grades in the competition.

 

In 2023 the competition will comprise of the following 3 grades:

• Under 14's (7's competition)

• Under 16's (7's competition)

• Seniors (10's competition)
